As the administration continues to evaluate and adjust to concerns related to Covid, Here are some of the following goals that we the administration would like to work towards as aligned with our WCEA Accreditation”.

Goal 1: Curriculum Update: Math (various grades) Elementary and Middle School

Connected to WCEA Goal #1: Enhance disaggregation, analysis and correlation of all assessment data for curricular improvement*. 

Long term goal:  Identify and secure a paid position for an Instructional Specialist. One who can identify best practices, schedule testing, disaggregate Data to drive instruction, Review Standards, conduct Data Team Meetings, Professional Learning Committees (PLC’s) Develop Learning Targets, Anchor Charts, classroom assessments, etc. as well as provide professional development.

Goal 2: Improve Technology (Devices, Chromebooks, IPads, teacher laptops, instructional equipment, etc.)

Connected to WCEA Goal #2:  Integrate technology into the teaching and learning process to enhance student learning.  

Goal 3:  Update our school website, to highlight all that we have accomplished during this pandemic.

Connected to WCEA Goal #3:  This goal will ensure that all resources necessary will provide revenue sufficient to meet the needs for longevity of the school. *Marketing to the public. 

Curriculum and Instruction: 

Rationale: We would like to update some textbook editions, purchase classroom materials, and provide adequate training and professional development for our staff

Rationale: Current sound system is not operating at full capacity and this sound system is used for many school events.

Technology: Rationale:  We would like to improve the ratio for readily available devices for students and staff (laptops, chromebooks, Ipads, etc.)

Catholic Identity (statues or art): Rationale: We would like to update some of our religious artwork around our campus.
