LCCS is proud to offer a wide range of electives and extracurricular activities for students of all ages with the goal of providing the best education both in and out of the classroom. These activities include but are not limited to daily academic programs, afterschool clubs, sports, monthly community outreach events, and faith-based opportunities.

Our school nourishes the creative minds and spirits of our students with an exciting variety of classes! All elementary students receive weekly instruction in art and all middle school students are eligible to enroll in elective courses such as video production, art, culinary arts, photojournalism, journalism, and band.

Opportunities are also available to join All-City Honor Band, Praise Band, Drama Club, the annual LCCS Got Talent Show, and the school-wide Christmas Pageant!

LCCS students put their faith values into practice. Community service offers students an appreciation for their everyday blessings and an understanding of what they have to offer: this includes talents as well as material goods. Students participate in monthly community service projects, food drives, gift drives, Cowboys for Cancer, and Knights of Columbus.

LCCS sports nurture each student-athlete’s personal growth and development. Our competitive teams have earned championship titles and are coached by LCCS teachers and parents. In addition, all of our students are required to take physical education.

Our goal is to promote friendships, school spirit, and team unity alongside cultivating self-discipline, self-confidence and, above all, good sportsmanship within the hearts of all participants!
