Mrs. McCarty is a proud product of Catholic education, as are her three grown children. She began her career teaching 5th grade and is now in her 24th year as an administrator, with 15 of those years dedicated to Catholic schools. A graduate of NMSU with a B.S. in Elementary Education, she went on to earn her M.A. in Educational Leadership from UNM – but is a die hard Aggie! She is delighted to be back in a community where she can witness students’ academic, social, and spiritual growth. Passionate about supporting teachers, Mrs. McCarty is committed to creating a joyful and engaging learning environment for all.
