Mrs. McCarty is a proud product of Catholic education, as are her three grown children. She began her career teaching 5th grade and is now in her 25th year as an administrator with a total of 18 years in Catholic Schools. A graduate of NMSU with a B.S. in Elementary Education, she went on to earn her M.A. in Educational Leadership from UNM – but is a diehard Aggie! She enjoys being witness to students’ academic, social, and spiritual growth. Passionate about supporting teachers, Mrs. McCarty is committed to creating a joyful and engaging learning environment for all.
