BIOGRAPHY

Mayan Cavallo joined the LCCS community this year as a fifth-grade teacher. Bringing many years of experience from private schools in both San Diego, California, and Richmond, Virginia, Mrs. Cavallo is dedicated to fostering a classroom where the academics meet a love for discovery.

She earned both her Bachelor of Arts and her Master’s in Education from the University of San Diego. Mrs. Cavallo’s core teaching philosophy centers on helping students experience the true magic of learning by providing engaging opportunities for curiosity, growth, and critical thinking.
